The League of Laws is an inter-clan council.

I propose that we hold the first meeting of the LZMС next week, between March 12th and 15th, with representatives from the three Clans who have decided to join the organization. And finally, let's adopt the charter. This time frame is intended to allow all Clan representatives to have time to express their opinions.
