Mafia 83. Doctor Who: Aliens in London

Couldn't find any Time Lord, nor any way to cripple, nor to silence. Are the Greens about regeneration? Do only two creatures in the game regenerate?

Time Lord is a concept from the series, a biological species to which the Doctor and the Master belong. They can regenerate.
Cripple is a skill of Baker, depriving the target of all skills.
Silence is to force the target to be silent until the end of the game, a skill of the Sergeant.
Greens are either about regeneration, or crippled, or silenced (see the rules).
