"Newcomer-2014. Winter"

Both took all 3 restarts.
111 - From the start, got an art +1 to speed. Under the castle, a Dragon Fly Hive with 20-49 ghosts, an external dwelling of lizards and basilisks with 50-99 zombies, on one of the roads a Naga bank + a box with 10-19 trolls, also an external dwelling of gnolls was found, a shield +6 behind the snipers. With Tazar, I take +1 attack and stand next to the zombies.
112 - In the castle, I build basilisks, buy out everything available, bring the gnolls from the external dwelling, kill the zombies, take the external dwelling of lizards and the external dwelling of basilisks, take a crypt for 2k, stand before the Dragon Fly Hive. Tazar was given a Log.
113 - I kill the ghosts almost without losses, the Dragon Fly Hive is big, I don't risk going in (army has 2 Wyverns, 8 basilisks, 50 gnolls, 22 lizards + a stack of 16 spearmen). I run Tazar up the road to one of the secondary heroes, because an external dwelling of bulls with an armor +1 all for ogres + a prison was scouted there. Meanwhile, Ciele runs down the road to another secondary hero, runs into a block of a lot of Dragon Flies, goes around through rough terrain, finds a Griffin Conservatory 3-4 with Grand Strike.
114 - With Crag, I visit the experience stone - get Earth + take a crypt. The scout hero just finds a Slow scroll. In the castle, I build bulls. In the prison, Lacus with Pathfinding, Expert Archery. Next to the prison, another Dragon Fly Hive with 20-49 Dragon Flies and a box with 5-9 Chaos Hydras were found.
115 - Labeta takes the Barbarian secondary town. One of the scout heroes meanwhile finds an external dwelling of hydras with 50-99 centaur captains. I send Lacus there with Tactics and Archery, while Tazar runs to the Dragon Fly Hive and the box with hydras.
116 - Tazar at the Dragon Fly Hive, Lacus at the external dwelling, army in the castle, where I also built hydras.
117 - Ciele finally bypassed the block on the road to another secondary town, but just before the castle she met a block of monks, so it's a bust. However, another external dwelling of hydras is found, unfortunately unreachable. Lacus takes the external dwelling of hydras, one of the scout heroes takes the Dragon Fly Hive near the castle for 8 Wyverns, and all this good stuff goes to Tazar, who takes a minimal Dragon Fly Hive, a Genie's Tuft for halberdiers, and prepares to fight the hydras. All units are built up in the Citadel in the castle.
121 - I bring a couple of hydras and flies from the castle (money was critically short, considering I also needed to split Tazar and build a Mage Guild). For the hydras, I expected exp or money (both were needed, in principle), but got something even better - 20 bull calfs! I split Tazar to go home, buy a spell book, and run them to the box and Naga bank with trolls.
122 - In the box, 90 gnolls, the Naga bank gives a two :( . I free Nella from the prison, disband Tazar for her before the Griffin Conservatory. I refused the experience ground in favor of Attack. With Nella, I stand before the crypt. Simultaneously, Labeta delivers gnolls from another secondary town, a Slow scroll, and bulls from the external dwelling. In the castle, I build a Resource Silo for bull upgrades.
123 - The Griffin Conservatory with three stacks falls without problems even without oil, gives Tactics, I disband Tazar to go home, take a Scholar with him near the castle, who expertises Attack, upgrade the flies, and stay as Tazar to refill mana.
124 - I run Tazar to the GO, take +1 defense and an experience stone, stand before the second experience stone right next to the GO hoping to level up Earth. The scout heroes gather the army together, upgrade the bulls and gnolls.
125 - First thing, I check the experience stone: Earth finally levels up! I reclaim the shield +6, pass the army to Tazar. Stats 4 19 4 5 (40). 5 hydras, 3 angels, 28 upgraded bulls, 17 Wyverns, 145 upgraded gnolls, a couple of flies. The GO with 38 Naga Queens falls without problems, then I see Crag before a GO with 50-99 wizards, I leave those guys for him :) I run ahead, take a minimal Dragon Fly Hive and a box for 15k exp for a horde of bull calfs, sit in the castle. I have 25 mana, Mass Haste, Mass Slow. On his turn, Crag with absolutely identical battle stats (4 19) attacks me in the castle. In his army, only 28 monarchs + a couple. Mass Haste is cast, from my side Mass Slow, but Crag's resistance procs. I move everyone forward, understanding that I have the numerical advantage. Then the opponent hides the monarchs in a corner of the castle, not noticing that the wall there is already destroyed. Mass Slow finally works on the second try and the monarchs are cornered. GG.
