Testers needed.

Here's a question: I collected 4 runes in the second mission, after the first dungeon, there was a cutscene about the runes, I collected them all, but there are no more cutscenes. How do I open the path (or what) to the book and the mountain? I've literally searched every elevation, dwelling, altar, and temple, and nothing happens(((
(No, I understand that I could just write "Win" to complete the mission, but I really want to watch the cutscene and complete the mission honestly...)
