Testers needed.

So, now I'm a bit confused... I captured the second Dwarf town – in the northwest of the map, and I got the second rune. In the second dungeon (the one with the abyss), I can't pick up the rune – it says I need to capture the nearest town. There's another passage nearby (with a blue key).
I found the key, opened the passage to the portal, and ended up in the northeast corner of the map. BUT, I can't approach the outpost – the cursor won't target it. I also can't go back – it says there's no exit from a two-way portal. What should I do?
