The naval map template is already ready, I'll release it when I have time.

And if you remove the movement penalty for boarding a ship or reduce it to 10-25% of the turn or 200-300 movement points, then water will become more interesting. P.S. By the way, for the "War of the Throne" (WOT) expansion, if there is no war against the "map" itself, you could add an option during battles with neutral factions to choose how many stacks to fight against, from 1 to 7, to reduce the battle time.
