Tired, report in the morning.
Here's the report.
We rested a lot. I surrendered to [Vala/Water Elemental] with three stacks and the second one also with three stacks. But terrible lack of money + it took 5 days to reach the ore mine. I didn't build either Knights or Citadel on the first. Instead I took a castle from Conflux and built Dwarf dwellings there with an external dwelling. I had to take the external dwelling with 10 archers and 4 Dwarves.
On the second I built birds, scraped together a stack of Magma Elementals - 20 of them. I took several computers, built good economy, took 2 Hives.
On the third I took a tier 3 Griffin Conservatory, 2 Dragon Utopias gave [КЗ/Spell Scroll] and Wings, I took another Conflux + also built birds there.
On the fourth, another 2 Dragon Utopias - gave Air Magic [spell/scroll], a [Vala/Water Elemental] with expert Air and Earth. Tons of gold, tons of troops, income 15k, I'm thinking about [demon summoning/demonic]. Through a chain and 2 Dimension Doors I reach the scout hero in the castle with all the troops.

P.S. Several unpleasant mishaps happened in the game. It would be better for the organizers to write about the templates more clearly.
