OFB-8

Honestly, it's nonsense. People spent who knows how much of their time for nothing, resulting in a 0-0 draw.

If you don't like it, don't participate. The tournament rules state that technical decisions will be made on April 15th; I waited until noon, but there were no reports, and I'm not going to draw a tie.
On April 29th, it will be the same, but worse – two technical decisions, and a player is "out."
