Elves have more cities in any case, and thanks to the trees, an elf can level up faster than everyone else and all the heroes at once. Plus, there are quite a few Ent Groves there. Dwarves excel in defense, which is almost impossible to break through if a person is playing as Dwarves. Humans are something in between in all aspects. The map is still designed for multiplayer, and a perfect balance for AI is unattainable in any case.
