At the start, the elves didn't appear at all; first I upgraded the Centaurs, then the Dwarves, thus breaking through with Crag Hack against 20-49 Ogres. On secondary heroes I had: Dwarf Cottage max, Griffin Conservatory at level one. After reaching the Dwarf Cottage with 30 Centaurs using Crag Hack, I realized Ivor dominates the start; I took the Dwarf Cottage as late as turn 124.

After the Dwarf Cottage and the Griffin Conservatory, I take the Dragon Fly Hive (8 Wyverns), and break through to the opponent's secondary heroes, since the remaining secondary heroes were Snow and Swamp. Along the way, Crag Hack on an Angel defeats Valeska; later, he takes the opponent's Castle on a secondary hero — Conflux, and continued further, but the next day the opponent kills the Angel; I lost Crag Hack — I miscalculated.

After losing Crag Hack, the next day Mephala runs to take the opponent's Dwarf Cottage; she had 8 Wyverns. The opponent takes the bait and attacks Mephala with all his might. The trap worked; Mephala buys herself back for 2800.

Then, in the Conflux Castle, a prepared Gelare stood with 5 Spell Power and Lightning Bolt; using three markets, I sell everything, buy everything, and channel all power to Gelare. With 40 mana, Gelare wins the battle, and the opponent says GG.

The opponent fell hard for the trap (Mephala with Wyverns) — hoping for a quick victory, he didn't even clear his own Dragon Fly Hive or max-level Dwarf Cottage.

I won't take Mephala as a starter anymore; breaking through with only Centaurs is too difficult.
