On 111 after scouting I see a Griffin Conservatory behind goblins, I check it - 1 or 2. I break in, sacrifice almost all the fodder and get one angel. Then I run along the road with Gunnar, the angel and the ballista, and crush everything on the way. I meet the blue Necro comp hero and kill him immediately. The comp gets scared and casts Darkness Veil. The next day I take his empty castle, visiting stat boosters along the way. On 115 I discover an external dwelling of Liches and decide to portal them. On 116 I take the dwelling and build a portal. On 117 I build Liches in the Citadel of the Necro. Meanwhile, I trade all my resources for sulfur through one market. On 121 I already have 20 Liches, which in the 2nd week take some small Dwarf Cottages and break through small guards. Gunnar meanwhile has stats 10 3 3 3, weapons, machines, armor, air magic, and Logistics. On 123 the counterattack from the OP arrives.
