Spring 2014 season. Online ranked games (reports, discussions).

They gave me an unclear link and didn't write a specific reason why I wasn't registered here!????

I registered on the forum a month ago and now I want to play with people, but they tell me to register here in order to play in the league. But I can't register here because you refused me... what should I do? Not play?

You need to first play 5 games and post reports in this thread: /topic/10877/ so that you have the opportunity to play for the seasonal rating. The reason is stated by Pete there as well, but I will duplicate it since you clearly are not inclined to read everything carefully and sequentially:
"Currently, to register a new player in the seasonal ranking, it will be necessary to submit at least 5 detailed game reports with different opponents in this topic. Users with 1-2 messages on the forum or with 10 messages in the "Let's arrange a game" topic will temporarily be denied registration in ranked games. In any sport, you must first prove your desire and ability to take things seriously, and only then join all sorts of Tournaments."
