I don't think it's necessary to love it or even know about it, as long as it doesn't cause disgust. And the balance should be decent, but I can't imagine how to achieve that.

The original graphics are a bit scary, but firstly, there are plugins that significantly improve it, and secondly, there are tons of images from the TES universe available online.
