Creating a hero.

Hi everyone! I have a question: is there a program, or an option in the map editor, that would allow you to create your own hero? For example, after playing through the campaign with Gelu (Elixir of Life), I really liked his specialization – upgrading archers, rangers, wood elves, and great wood elves into snipers. So, my question is: is there a way to do this, using a program or some other method? To create, for example, a special hero with his own unique abilities, with, say, a certain (increased) chance of learning the desired secondary skills, and, well, a portrait, although that's not so important, and add him to only one city. Let's say I created a "Ranger," and I want to add him to the main heroes of the city, along with heroes like Ivor, Kairi, Ryland, and Enova. Or, for example, if there's a limit per city, like a maximum of 12 heroes, 6 rangers and 6 druids, then just replace one of the weakest with my own. So, I launch the game, click on "random," choose Rampart, and among the heroes to choose from, there will be mine, and I can select him. Something like that...
