S.Drake has the right to choose the program, at least because he did all the design work for the manual. But! I don't use all these new, heavy Excel and Acrobat programs; I don't want to install them either. I use a regular XP, with an XP Office suite, and it handles all tasks perfectly (after the physics section was uploaded in a format without the latest "s"). In general, I prefer to work in Word, with the option of a printed, rather than purely electronic, version of the manual.
