Tactics for Rampart.

Hmm, I guess I should start by deciding on a hero. Specifically, when playing as Rampart, I usually choose Kirre (Logistics is great), Rylando (Diplomacy is great), Enova, and Mephala (because of their appearance ^^). Mages aren't very interesting there – at least, I haven't seen any that stand out. Why I don't like Ivora. In a game against real players, not the AI, the Elves are usually the first to fall. No profession can save them (the enemy starts their turn by attacking the Elves). Why I don't like mages in general, and Rampart in particular. At the beginning, there's always a shortage of mana, and the attack power is low, plus the turn order is the same. In my opinion, the advantage of Elves lies in their ability to capture the maximum number of buildings and mines in the shortest amount of time with their first three units – a mage takes too long to do that. Skills that I consider essential: Logistics Pathfinding Earth Magic – very important (there are good spells in the castle: Portal to Town, Explosion, Resurrection, Slow). Water Magic – optional (there are also good spells, but fewer: Forgetfulness, etc.). Wisdom :smile41: Also, these would be useful: Tactics, Archery, Offense, Leadership, Luck (I like it, but I'm not forcing it), Intelligence, First Aid. At the beginning, I try to capture artifacts that increase movement speed, leadership, and morale as quickly as possible. Units: Centaur – indispensable at the beginning and very useful in the middle/end for distracting strong enemy units and then destroying them. Gnome Magi – good for guarding Elves and as a strike force if you have Water Magic and Teleport. Elves – they're everything. A must-have. Pegasus – I don't like them (not a very useful unit in my opinion). Good for attacking enemy units of the same or slightly lower level. Dryads – similar to Gnome Magi. It's important to be able to use their ability to immobilize the enemy near the Elves effectively. Unicorns. The main force. Blindness can be very helpful. Dragons. I rarely use them and don't rush to build this structure. I try to visit the castle as little as possible. If I remember anything else, I'll add it later. :smile11:
