I, for example, have MS Office 2003, so I downloaded the PDF version. That works too. And I'm sure everyone has a PDF viewer. If not, or if it's very old, I recommend, for example, Sumatra PDF: it's free, fast, compact, has a Russian interface, and there's a portable version available. It can also read various e-book file formats.
