I request the judge to make a substitution – I can’t play with Redwhait: my TeamViewer isn’t working, and he uses Hamachi.
We tried using GameRanger, but there’s no connection.

What does “substitution” mean? If we’re going to make substitutions even in the Olympics, it will be a real disaster. Try GameRanger again; maybe it will help? In general, our games usually run through Hamachi by default. So, the problem should be fixed with Hamachi. I don’t know what the problem might be. Maybe the router is causing issues, or something else? If anyone knows the cause or can help the players, I would be grateful.
