We played with a save, so I don't remember everything. I didn't take the rest, I think, only because they were either already gone or Dessa arrived and revealed Spogy-Speedboots at the respawn. It was tough on gold, so I barely managed to get the birds in with a resource trade across three markets. I didn't see any Griffin Conservatories anywhere, so I put all my effort into scouting, but never revealed them. However, on the second day, I reached a portal that led to a sector adjacent to the blue player's area. But since the tavern there showed a stronger army, I turned around and ran to the treasure zone. On the next turn, Crag Hack, already with 10+ angels, emerged from the portal and headed toward my main. After 3-4 days, he captured it. Meanwhile, Dessa was clearing the treasure zone where there was nothing — not a single Dragon Fly Hive, Griffin Conservatory, or Dragon Utopia, just quest artifacts, cyclops pits with naga guards, and Pandora's Boxes that kept giving me zombies or skeletons.
In the end, the game boiled down to Dessa running from Crag Hack, and Crag Hack chasing her — fortunately, her specialty allowed it. After two weeks of chasing/escaping, she finally found the right treasure zone with two parameter Dragon Utopias and КЗ, leaving Crag Hack there alone :D By that time, the scout heroes had started demoning and finally revealed 3 Griffin Conservatories in different directions. On turn 211, I attacked my main, the opponent realized I had control and decided not to continue.
