I agree with Yegor that we need to decide by voting whether player agreements are considered normal (and we write this point in a prominent place so that there are no further questions), or whether we consider it a slap in the face to the opponent for which we need to punish (and accordingly spend efforts to track such things).

Some people seem to have a completely different mindset and they write: If you don't want fair play, you get a third of a point. However, our rules state that fair play must be observed, and technical defeats are given for violating the rules, not points.
