"Newcomer-2014. Winter"

Not a bad start – I placed the birds on the first week along with the Stronghold. On the second week, I went looking for a path to the opponent, only taking a town and speeding up, and there he was, it was scary, but the birds were enough for the victory. At the end of the battle, one of the birds received its first morale boost (although there were as many as 5 of them, and they had 3 luck, but they only gave the fairies a boost once), and I managed to kill his leader, and the opponent surrendered.

Before that, I had to reset the opponent, Galthran.
Here, I was already afraid to take a rest, especially since Vokail arrived. On day 111, I summoned 4 elves and many centaurs, first on a block of orcs for the gloves, then on spearmen (there turned out to be too many of them), but the Necropolis moved forward.
On day 112, I upgraded 9 remaining Grand Griffins, the Necropolis gained experience and started collecting bones.
By day 115, I took a secondary town, and there were already more than 100 bones. There are stables there, but the exits further are guarded by seemingly impenetrable defenses.
I broke through to the dead-end zone further, but then the opponent ran up and settled in a town, speeding up. I break through and move the army there.
While breaking through the defense (lots of Thunders), they gnawed at the skeletons. Out of 200, about 100 reached the Fortress, and in the end, I couldn't pull it off.
