Technical issues with Heroes III.

Here's the question. Periodically, there are moments when, after completing a turn, and not only then, the game crashes. When playing online, this completely ruins the experience. Is there any way to fix this? If this has already been discussed somewhere on the forum, please provide a link to the relevant discussion.
