It worked. Thank you. I must have misunderstood something.
In version 44, the file reading for non-standard file names within the game files has been improved, along with a couple of other minor issues. ;)
P.S. Updated to version 45. ;)
NOIADE.exe needs to be extracted from NOIADE_0.0.0.45.zip and then simply replace that file in the installed NOIADE directory.
