We picked all the rests, then one more by mutual agreement, then a rest for the meeting. Then it awarded a Citadel onto Necropolis. Second hero: Crag Hack, 3 external Goblin dwellings, enough gold for Griffin Conservatory 2. 3 Dwarf Cottages, an external Bear dwelling not for 1, for 50+ Ogre Grunts and 2 artifacts. On 116 Artem conceded, it looked really bad there.
