If match-fixing is allowed, then of course it's better for them to write it down, but if it's prohibited, then it's better for them to play and let the game decide. And if their deception, such as pretending they played, isn't exposed, then it will remain on their conscience. But I hope that most of our players play fairly and won't write reports about games they didn't play.

The whole point of this discussion is that some people consider match-fixing to be a normal thing, while others consider it to be bad. That's why I asked here whether it's allowed for us to agree on a favorable result or not. And I think it's important to know for sure whether it's allowed or not, preferably even in the rules. In my opinion, it shouldn't be done, and that's why I think the rules already state that you need to play fairly, but it turns out that clarification is needed here.
