Problems with the "Shades of Darkness" expansion.

Good afternoon. I have the same problem as the previous author. At certain stages of the Necropolis and Dungeon campaigns in "Shades of Darkness," the screen darkens. The game continues, but it's almost impossible to see anything except for elements with highlighting. Without restarting the game, the same problem occurs on other maps as well. Licensed version. Windows 7. Compatibility mode is enabled. The laptop is new, the hardware is good, and the drivers are updated. Please suggest a possible solution to the problem. Thank you in advance.
