Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

Basically, I've served almost half of my sentence, so it's time to start thinking about parole.

During my time, I behaved well, didn't cheat, didn't swear, and even managed to win a LAN tournament in Kyiv.

It's really inconvenient to play. People want to see reports, but I can't. Before, I could at least write reports, but now with the autorating system, it's impossible.

Anyway, I'm a good guy :) Please give me my perks back.
