The Barbarians have no Orc heroes, but they do have several Ogres. Ogres are brown/green hulking creatures, while Orcs are beastmen with pig-like snouts. This is not very noticeable in the Orc model in Heroes 3, but it is clearly visible in the first, second, and fourth installments of the series, or in the official Orc artwork. There were also no Cyclops heroes. So, the Barbarians are represented by 3 out of 5 races. Besides the Swamp, the only faction that includes all the "races" present in the list can be considered the Necromancers. Even then, there are some points to argue, as there is not a single Ghost hero. We can also mention the Goblins inhabiting the world of Deyja, none of whom made it into the list of heroes (except perhaps in their undead form). Elementals don't fit either, as there are no Fairies among the heroes, despite the presence of Djinns, Elves, and Dwarves. By the way, returning to the topic of Gnomes, Goblins, and Elves serving Eraфия, I forgot to give the best example of foreign heroes - our party in Might and Magic 7! Even a group consisting entirely of Elves can join Eraфия instead of AvLee. Just as a Goblin can become a Light Archmage serving Gavin Magnus.
