I'd like to listen, but answers like yes or no don't make sense to me without an explanation of why it's this way and not another.

What month, week, or day are you referring to? Also, I'm observing troops with -3 morale.
[I've also managed to gather 50 behemoths by the beginning of the sixth week without using diplomacy, with a 200% bonus...]
Diplomacy, by the way, requires money because you need to feed the monsters...
