Questions regarding Willy Barankin's surveillance:
1) What is meant by "contacted"? For example, if "Vasya contacted Petya," does this mean that Vasya used a negative detection (ND) spell on Petya? And if, conversely, Petya used ND on Vasya, is that considered contact?
2) If Willy is tracking a player who has already been killed, what will be displayed in the newspaper?
3) And if he is tracking a player who is alive but has not contacted anyone, will anything be displayed or not?
