I want to say right away that I'm not going to review the results of the draw.

The draw was simply conducted incorrectly. After the first number, 2, was drawn, it was not excluded from the second draw. The probability of drawing numbers 1 and 3 became equal to 33%; if the number 2 had been excluded, their probabilities would have been 50% each. Simply put, the equal probabilities of numbers 1 and 3 were not violated, but it cannot be ruled out that this approach could have influenced the outcome of the draw. I don't even know what Grizvald would have done if a second 2 had been drawn.

I suggest that if a 2 out of 3 or 2 out of any number draw is necessary, the draw should be done in stages, and in the second stage of the draw, the first number drawn should be excluded, and accordingly, the numbers of the participants in the draw who have a number higher than the drawn number should be reduced by 1.

I tried to suggest this to the judges, Pete and Grizvald, but the first is too busy, and the second is not interested; he doesn't want to be a judge anymore.
