I personally see whether it’s displayed or not. Please explain exactly how it’s displayed, meaning with or without names, because it’s a complete mess, some random people did something unknown, and it’s unclear who they were. And also, clarify, are different non-player characters (NPCs) of the same role displayed differently? Always? And are identical NPCs of different roles displayed differently?

If the ability says “displayed,” but doesn’t say “displayed as a fact,” it’s displayed with the target indicated; if it says “displayed without a target,” then… logically, it’s not displayed.

Or do you need a separate list instead of it being in the character sheet?

Different NPCs are displayed differently, identical ones are displayed identically. The comparison is based on the name. Specific features have priority in terms of “display” over abilities.
