Kicks you out of the game.

Guys, help me solve a problem... I downloaded and installed Heroes 5, I launch it, select a map, a castle, a hero, etc., click "start playing," and the loading process begins, but it doesn't reach halfway before the game crashes with a message saying the program has stopped working. I've reinstalled it 100 times, and this didn't happen before.
