it's almost ridiculous, I robbed 3 Dragon Utopias, army-wise if I had collected it fully I wouldn't have lost, BUT
opp stats for 2 Dragon Utopias

not to mention that the opp stats obviously gave кв, and a CAP, and the stats aren't through a teapot! :)
oh and I almost forgot, decided to open the remaining Dragon Utopias on the map; in the eighth Dragon Utopia in order I found КЗ, in the ninth in order a CAP, I didn't find any more кв anywhere else!
