Wouldn't you like to hold a CIS-2015 tournament?

I'd like to organize this event during the summer, as it's great here, and we have the Volga River:rolleyes:
But first, I want to gauge interest because I'll need to put in a lot of effort to organize it. In the summer, there's a lot of demand for vacation homes, and there's no internet outside the city (and I want to be closer to the river), so I'll need a network or something similar.
Basically, I want to know if people from Siberia, Ukraine, and Belarus will participate, as well as people from Moscow?! I think people from the Volga region will be more likely to support me :)
