I read about the issues with ICQ and the several days of unavailability (ICQ is always on for the opponent! that's a fact), and besides, I had a tournament scheduled with him, so I waited until the very last moment of the allotted time for it. Therefore, I'm warning the organizers that I'm not going to initiate any more arrangements for matches; I'll just wait for them to contact me if that happens.
