What is your opinion about Heroes IV?

I don't really like them... This game doesn't deserve to be part of the Heroes series...

I'm curious, what specifically did Heroes IV do to upset you?
Personally, I quite like it. Although, of course, it has its drawbacks (which I've already described here).
