Nomination for “Contribution to the Development of the Heroes Community in 2013”

There seems to be an increase in giving out awards for avatars and signatures. One day it's the "bomb of the year," the next it's a "newcomer." Why not conduct all these polls at the end of December or the beginning of January and award prizes in all possible categories, like the Oscars or the Palme d'Or, for the "Heroes" community?
