I don't think that makes any sense. We need to gather suspicious players and vote them out. Or not?

It depends on the day's results, IMO. If we vote out a Mafia member now, but maybe it's better to vote ourselves out. And if we don't vote anyone out, we'll keep the list, and of course, the shooter will decide whether to take the risk or not.
