Stop spreading nonsense. The east is not against it; the east simply abstained, a neutral position that has the right to exist.

Koberotroll, I'm telling you personally, I filled up at 7:00 PM, and there were two cars in front of me in the city center. Two hours before that, I shopped at the supermarket and was second in line. There may have been a wave of panic during the day, but by evening, all the panickers had bought and stocked up on salt, matches, gasoline, and crackers. ATMs were certainly overwhelmed, that's a fact. But stop exaggerating and spreading lies that you read somewhere.
