I'll speak for myself, and for "no longer very cheerful" Pirate Roger: I do care about Ukraine as long as there are Russians living there, as long as my friends and relatives live there. If that changes (imagine they all move away together) and Ukraine is left with only Ukrainians who, like our Baltic colleagues, want to "self-identify" and don't consider Russians as brothers, then I will frankly tell such Ukraine: I DON'T CARE, do whatever you want, even burn everything down and dance on the bones! But until then, I will interfere as much as I deem necessary.
