Why is there no reroll of castles? If someone gets Tower on Jebus Cross for example, it's an automatic GG.

After the castle generation, there is a bidding round for them — whoever pays more (in-game gold) gets to choose the castle.

You can also reroll a couple of times by mutual agreement or for 500 gold unilaterally.
