07.02.2014 The_ (red, random, Inferno, Kalh, Vokial, Aislin) def Volodymyr (blue, random, Castle, Turis, Marius) balance 147.
The lack of experience in this discipline made itself felt. I sent Laura up the path and immediately ran into halberdiers guarding the exit from the starting area. Below, I saw a village and thought I would buy Turis, run in the other direction, find a mill and something else for my third hero, who would then take the village. It turned out that two heroes on level 111 had scouted the entire starting area :D : 3 mines, a village, a couple of resource piles, 1 gold mine, and a mill. I felt annoyed, but then I thought, maybe that's how it should be. As a result, I exited the starting area on day 114 because I didn't run in the right direction with my first heroes and spent precious money building archers on the first day. But I immediately took the Flax village, which has a hidden stash of air units, a graveyard, a chest behind the golems, and a convenient teleport. However, there's practically no starting area left. I built knights in the fort, and there's nothing in the villages – no wood. I decided to develop Marius; there wasn't much of a choice, and he also got resistance. There's a bag with +1000 in the graveyard.
On day 121, I entered the 4th zone and spent about two days running around that area, unable to figure out where to go in the treasure room. I think I figured it out, broke through the teleport, and on the other side, there were a hundred Gog units and red heroes. Oh, well, I figured it out :D. I took Flax, built a guild, and there, among the useful things, were haste and leather armor for an expert in earth magic. I even ventured into the sands on day 124 and on day 125, I found a guard of Ghosts and bears, waiting for Turis to come to the rescue. My opponent was running around on the other side, gathering a horde of horned beasts and wasn't in a hurry to come to us. That's when I suspected something was wrong, and I had a feeling that we were doing something wrong.
On day 135, they took the central Flax. By that time, I was almost asleep, and when I finally realized that I had given up almost all my cities without a fight, I asked for a save.
The replay was more of a formality because there were 13 spells with Aislin, 100+ magogs, lots of horned beasts, and 250+ skeletons, not to mention the sultans and angels. I had about 30 vipers (6 villages, including 2 mini-villages, and I lost a few along the way), about 30 air units, 72 marksmen, 15 knights, 50 halberdiers, and combat parameters more than three times better. I have offense, armor, and tactics, but no air units and practically no useful spells. I returned through the global map to the main area, bought what I could, and accepted the battle, but there was no chance. It would have been better to go to my opponent through the global map on the second attempt; I think there would have been a better chance of winning.
Thank you for the game!
