Moon starts with a +2 hat, Kirya is in the tavern, the stable is nearby. I defended with 90+ gnomes and got Moon boots, and Kirya has an unreal movespeed of 111. The split is into 4 heroes; in the first week, I went to the secondary town, looking for money for birds. In the end, I managed to get it, and I burned Goshana in the tavern. I thought about rushing, Moon is leveling up, on turn 123 I get the scouting skill and burn the opponent's secondary town, on turn 124 Kirya is rushing with birds, reaching everything. All heroes are rushing, I kill the monster in the castle, drive out Pirya, I put Kirya in the castle with all the monsters, and the birds on a weak hero from the tavern who is driving out Goshana (he turned out to be not leveled up, although I was afraid of him because in the previous game I saw the opponent starting to not crit already at level 111). On the opponent's turn, Pirya comes out of the portal and doesn't reach Kirya without birds by 1 move and writes GG. Thank you for the game!
