Do you want the chat on HW to be implemented programmatically?

I didn't understand what you mean by "programmatically"; it's a feature of Opera – chat and email.
I know that VT is a mess, but I think that in a new place and with adequate people, this won't happen. I even guarantee it – in 2 days, no one logged in, oh well...
I think I took a Warrior of level 2-3, without any morale bonuses at the beginning.
In general, such questions are just due to extreme laziness – it takes 5 minutes to check this in the sandbox in all positions.
