We might be able to negotiate it down to 7,000 rubles per day. - Since we will be renting the entire club, we can bring our own food and drinks, including alcohol, but we agreed to do so in moderation. Cons: - The computer arrangement is not ideal. One hall is in a semicircle, making it almost impossible to sit without seeing (even accidentally) the opponent's monitor. The second room has only 5 computers, so if we assume there will be 16+ participants, it will be difficult to accommodate everyone. This is the only significant drawback. Cons: - You can't bring your own food or drinks, and you can't buy or bring alcohol. - We need an official letter from the "bookmaker" stating that they don't object to holding this tournament and violating copyright, which they somehow managed to get for the previous championship.
