No thanks. But seriously, why do you dislike restarts so much? So you can get your 111+112 and then play without any restrictions? My generator often fails without them. For example, in 2v2, 2 out of 4 generations were like that.

The Heroic generator is a completely unbalanced invention. And restarts have long been one of the tools for leveling the playing field. Over time, the rules regarding restarts have evolved and improved, and it seems like there haven't been any discussions about abandoning them. Even in some mirror matches, there's a rule about restarting due to poor heroes, agreed upon by both players.
And as I understand it, the point of the tournament is to play without restrictions, not to engage in a trashy roulette.
