On the first game day, I will personally install everything needed on each laptop exactly as it should be — "from scratch" — after deleting everything related to Heroes 3. Please bear with me; this is to minimize the likelihood of version discrepancies and so on. An old version of hd-mod will be installed for everyone. The latest mod updates for BT make no sense, and in the old one, the graying issue is quickly fixed.
laptop forward first, you'll have a full 20-30 minutes to get acquainted with BT while Kostya is installing it on the others.
P.S. and don't forget to disguise SoD so they don't find and erase it.
