NoBlockEditor - What's new in the map editor.

I checked out that mod. The difference is significant. I won't go into detail about what exactly it is. Anyone who downloads both mods and compares them will understand. I'm continuing to work on the mod. Thanks to HAndOS for showing me that mod.
