Why is there so much dislike towards NNVshniks?

NNVshnik doesn't execute anyone. He doesn't execute Mafia members. Whoever doesn't execute Mafia members is himself a Mafia member. Whoever is a Mafia member is bad. The bad ones need to be executed.
